Meet Rebecca - Support Coordinator

I am a compassionate person with four years of experience across the Aged Care and Disability Support Sectors. Through my time being a Personal Care Attendant and Disability Support Worker, I have put emphasis on the well-being and independence of participants. I am passionate about advocating for participant rights and ensuring that they feel heard.

I have recently completed my diploma in Community services and level 1 AUSLAN. This has enabled me to utilise alternative forms of communication to individuals who need it, and promote inclusivity for participants. 

I have a person-centered mindset, and I am adaptable, and passionate about the support I provide to participants. I love being given the opportunity to learn to expand both my knowledge and my ability to better support participants.

My passion lies in creating positive, lasting change for the individuals I support, enriching their lives through empathy, empowerment and advocacy.
